Made from vines of ramada planted in Melgaço. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. It was bottled before the end of fermentation, without the addition of sulfur and without filtering, having just fermented in the bottle.

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction. Aging for 12 months in old Portuguese oak barrels. Open ruby color, translucent. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoke. Very fresh and light in the mouth with very complicated acidity and tannins, long and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.
