Made from vines of ramada planted in Melgaço. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. It was bottled before the end of fermentation, without the addition of sulfur and without filtering, having just fermented in the bottle.

The grapes were fermented in stainless steel presses at a temperature of 28ºC for 10 days, being bottled after 8 months without being filtered or stabilized by cold. No use of wood. Deep red color with some brownish hints. Aromas of dark chocolate, guava and black plum. Very balanced. Very long finish.
Arribas do Douro Superior Red
The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 to 400 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. The grapes that give rise to this wine come from old vines with exposure to the Northeast and East. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties and with separation at origin to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic, concentrated and elegant wine, at a level close to a Reserve. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. The Arribas do Douro Superior wine is a wine with the character of the Douro Superior. It has an aroma of ripe red fruits, spices, with elegant notes of vanilla originating from the barrel stage. Firm and pleasant tannins. Contains sulfites.
Quinta das Camélias Touriga Nacional Red
Wine grená color, with expression of brillant purple nuances. It presents hih fineness of violet and bergamot notes allied to expressions of plum with soft balsamic raits. It is a very elegant and exquisite wine highlighting the authenticity of the grape variety. It is velvety and intense, great, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. Ideal to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses. Contains Sulfites.
