Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
Herdade das Servas Sem Barrica Red
The grapes are selected in the table of choice, de-stemmed, followed by cold maceration. The fermentation takes place in presses with temperature control and steps.

Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Great capacity for evolution is expected. Contains sulfites.
Soalheiro Granit Magnum White
The Soalheiro Granit reveals the more mineral side of the Alvarinho variety. It is a Alvarinho that leaves a specific selection of vineyards planted above 200 meters of altitude, revealing the minerality that relates the soil of granite origin of the terroir of Monção and Melgaço and the Alvarinho variety, improved with the batonage and the stage in the fine lees . The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual in white wines, showing an elegant and more mineral aroma with a dry and persistent finish. The Alvarinho grapes used in the Soalheiro Soalheiro come from small-sized vineyards implanted in soil of granite origin above 200 meters altitude and located in the private microclimate of the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, the northernmost region of Portugal. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the batonage and the stage in the fine lees. Citrine yellow color, aroma with the profile restrained and elegant with mineral notes and dry finish.

The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%.
