This wine that comes from the south of the Douro border, granite soils, mixes several white and red varieties. Hand-picked grapes for small boxes, perfectly matured. The bunches were placed whole in a stainless steel tank. The fermentation began within the grapes, and only then the masses were pressed and the fermentation finished. Most of the wine staged in the stainless steel tank, only 20% was staged for 10 months in used barrels.
