The best grapes created at Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested manually, and after rigorous selection and de-stemming, they macerated for 10 days in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
Deep ruby color. Complex aroma, with notes of dominant red and black fruits and the barrel where it aged, as well as faint vegetable nuances. Dense, structured and fresh flavor. It has tasty tannins and good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest. Transport of grapes in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation: Maceration in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Very short stage in used French oak casks. A grape variety usually destined for Port Wines or for Douros by lot. Usually it produces less complex wines, and is only useful for batching. It is rarely bottled on its own because it has no structure capable of withstanding aging in the bottle. Relieve an intense fruity, in the mouth press for harmony. Very rounded, voluminous tannins and a well-marked, fresh and powerful aftertaste. A fantastic red, able to break prejudices. Contains Sulfites.
Suserano Reserva Red

After harvest, the grapes are collected in the cellar and sent to the cold rooms, where the temperature is controlled up to 10oC for 12 hours. The bunches are then stalked and the grapes broken. Partially fermented in frustoconical stainless steel tanks and French oak vats. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the stage partially runs for 7 months in French oak barrels of the Seguin Moreau brand (medium - fine grain), until bottling. The bottle stage occurs for at least 12 months. Contains Sulfites.
