This wine comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in cement mills with foot steps and in stainless steel tanks. It aged for 12 months in oak barrels, of which 20% new. Being Dão de terroir par excellence for the Touriga Nacional, it is on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela that this variety finds perfect maturation conditions. Beautiful violet color and exceptional aromatic complexity, with the usual floral notes, black fruits and wild berries. It is a very structured and rich wine, but with an excellent acidity that gives it minerality and nerve. It is undoubtedly our most complete and complex varietal wine, which is still taking its first steps, has a long life ahead. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta dos Termos O Testemunho Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Median ruby color, clear and deep aspect. In the nose is attractive, but something enigmatic, creating strong expectation for mouthpap. In the palate reveals itself amazing, except the freshness of acidity and the silky texture, checked by the berry, the density of the tannins, typical of the red dog, and the perfume, distinction and complexity brought by the National Touriga. Harmony is almost perfect and the gastronomic sense and the guard potential are guaranteed. It will be worth forgetting some bottles in the corner of the ballast, to live joys in a few years. Contains sulfites.
Herdade das Servas Alvarinho White
Vineyards installed in red soils derived from brown or crystalline limestones, with red shale patches, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high thermal amplitudes and hot and dry summers. After the green interventions required during the growing cycle, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. Peach, lemon and mango aromas with mineral notes. On the set is a mineral white and elegant, with persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Carvalhas Tinta Francisca Red
A very original wine with an intense and fresh aroma where the notes of fruits of the forest and slight vegetal impressions are emphasized, creating a remarkable complexity. Intense of flavors, with a lot of presence, however it shows itself extremely elegant and ends with a long and fresh finish and very soft. Contains Sulfites.
