Clean and bright pale yellow color, the aroma is intense with field flowers, with citrus notes, finished with great minerality. It is aged for 10 months in French oak casks of different ages. Maria Mansa wine always combines freshness with fruity characteristics originating from the excellent grapes and contemporary winemaking used, which extracts the unique character of the Duriense terroir and its traditional grape varieties. The grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected in the vineyard and cellar. After lightly crushing the grapes, it was followed by cold maceration in stainless steel vats open for 3 days. Fermentation took 2 weeks with daily pumping over. After the fermentation was over, the mills were closed and kept like this for 2 weeks. The wine aged for 14 months in new and used 225L French oak barrels. Intense aroma with notes of spices, balsamic, floral and cedar. From the Merlot variety, the aromas come with notes of green pepper and chocolate. In the mouth, soft and ripe tannins, filled with the freshness and red fruit typical of Touriga Nacional. It presents an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
