Quinta do Ameal Loureiro White
Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta dos Murças Margem Red
Quinta dos Murças Margem, from the Douro region, staggered in barrels of 500Lts of used French oak for about 9 months. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Very intense and exuberant, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberry and cassia, balsamic aromas, such as the stew, and soft notes of spices from the used wood stage. Concentrated, it has very mature tannins that, together with its acidity, present but well wrapped, give it a sensation of volume, body and freshness. It has a very long and persistent finish, where the aromas of more mature fruits dominate, allowing to predict a great longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Reserva Magnum White
Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Quinta de Soalheiro, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and stage in (new and used barrels), remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June. Intense yellow color, elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of barrel, maintaining the freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety. The flavor is full bodied and complex. Contains Sulfites.
Herdade das Servas Reserva White
After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decanting for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Clear wine, straw color, aromas of apricot, lime and peach, with notes of toast from the barrel. Fresh, unctuous and structured, with notes of citrus, toasted barrel and persistent finish. Luis Pato Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco Red
Man has dreams. My dream 23 years ago was to create a wine that would reveal the wines before phylloxera arrived in Europe. Thus was born the name Pé Franco by what is known. I planted 1.2ha of vines of the Baga variety, as was used in pre-phylloxera Europe, directly on sandy soil - a way to avoid attacking the roots of the disease-inducing insect, given its (fortunately) aversion to this type of soil. After great anxiety, we made the first harvest in 1995, 7 years after planting. In 2010 we celebrated the fifteenth harvest of this boldness. The wine now comes from an area increased to 2.5ha. As each vine produces only one cluster, ie one glass of wine, it takes the annual work of six vines to obtain a bottle. This is due not only to the lower production of the ungrafted vine, but also due to the successive weeding that we carry out with a view to obtaining a very full wine, that can thus hide the tannins of the grape variety and the acidity characteristic of the region's climate. These are key factors to give you an aging capacity that goes beyond twenty years, making it an excellent wine to celebrate the age, marriage or other relevant event for the son or daughter, with a wine of the year of his birth . Quinta de Valbom Reserva Red
Ruby deep dark, nose of pure aromas of red and black fruits with notes of violets and smoke. It seems a bit closed though, palate full bodied, dense and fresh, solid structure, red berries, cassis, fresh spices with balsamic notes, persistent end. Contains Sulfites.
Luis Pato Vinhas Velhas Red
Created with grapes from the Berry variety planted in clay-limestone soil, in vineyards with an average age of 40 years. Vinified in stainless steel vats for 10 days, it was matured in used (650l) pipes for 12 months. It accompanies dishes with game meat as well as other red meat dishes. It will last for more than 15 years. Contains Sulfites.
