Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Ferments at controlled temperatures. Clean and bright pale yellow color, the aroma is intense with field flowers, with citrus notes, finished with great minerality. In the mouth the attack is fresh, almost vegetable, growing in the middle of tasting for textured and creamy, ending with lots of fresh fruit. Contains Sulfites.

The Boal is one of the oldest and most traditional grape varieties in the Douro. A white of great aromatic complexity integrating harmoniously notes of fruit with nuances of wood from the stage in barrel.
