Mechanical harvest at night. Total stalking. Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats with French oak staves.50% of the wine in 400L French oak barrels for 4 months. Intense ruby color with violet reflections. Ripe aroma of red fruits well integrated with notes of spices and balsamic. Balanced, round palate, fruit and spice flavors. Good structure of well polished tannins. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Sobral Reserve Red
Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed in small stainless steel vats, where they were macerated for 24 hours at low temperature, before starting alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with gentle mechanical treading for good color and aroma extraction. After fermentation, it was transferred to second year French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months, completing the malolactic fermentation here. Intense ruby color, notes of vanilla, cocoa and chocolate. In the mouth it is balanced and fresh, with present tannins and a long and soft finish. It is an elegant and harmonious wine, it is focused. Spice notes like white pepper, cinnamon, with more complex and more rustic aromas.
Quinta dos Termos O Testemunho Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Median ruby color, clear and deep aspect. In the nose is attractive, but something enigmatic, creating strong expectation for mouthpap. In the palate reveals itself amazing, except the freshness of acidity and the silky texture, checked by the berry, the density of the tannins, typical of the red dog, and the perfume, distinction and complexity brought by the National Touriga. Harmony is almost perfect and the gastronomic sense and the guard potential are guaranteed. It will be worth forgetting some bottles in the corner of the ballast, to live joys in a few years. This 100% Baga represents the pride of the house and, placing the Lopo de Freitas seal in this powerful wine, makes it iconic. Lothian Vineyards Chardonnay White
Harvested by hand with maximum ripeness. The fruit was pressed together with a period of contact with the skin. The fermentation was initiated in stainless steel with ambient yeast. The fermentation juice was changed by a selection of French barrique, followed by a period of battonage to strengthen the middle palate of the wine. Nine months of ripening of the barrel in the fine lees have enriched the wine and increased the wealth. Before bottling, the wine was slightly filtered to preserve its integrity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the nose exudes ripe stone fruit, lemon zest and slices of pineapple. The clean and refreshing acidity supports the ripe yellow fruit, complexed with vanilla bean spice and oat texture. Contains Sulfites.
Herdade das Servas Colheita Seleccionada Red
Vineyards installed in red soils derived from brown or crystalline limestones, with shale spots, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high thermal amplitudes and hot and dry summers. After the green interventions required during the growing cycle, the grapes were manually harvested and transported to the winery in small boxes. After malolatic fermentation, the wine partially aged for 12 months in 2. and 3. year French and American oak barrels. After bottling it rested in bottle for 2 months in our basement. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized, it can naturally create a deposit. Clear wine, violet red, aromas of cherry, blackberry, spices and floral notes. Structured, balanced and voluminous, with full body and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Soito Reserva Red
Created from the harmony of the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz grape varieties produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. It presents a garnet color with violet reflections, a delicate and complete aroma with notes of blackberry and blueberry combined with mint nuances and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals an excellent balance: the flavor is velvety and intense, grandiose, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. Contains sulfites.

The name National Edition is due to the caste used, Arinto, 100% Portuguese. Manual harvesting, transport of grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of curls, total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Stage in thin sludge until January.Cor: citrine with light straw reflections. A very fine and elegant aroma, highlighting the delicate floral notes (and characteristics of the grape variety). In the background and to convey complexity to the whole, we are surprised by its fruity side that this year balances between citrus fruits and tropical fruits. Creamy attack that develops later in an explosion of flowers and fruits always accompanied by crystalline acidity. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes carefully selected from 8 parcels: Parcela Major - Touriga Nacional 30%, Parcela Vinha dos Amores - Touriga Nacional 20%, Parcela Rachadouro - Tinta Roriz 10%, Parcela Alminhas - Jaen 10%, Parcela Alto dos Amores - Alfrocheiro 7.5 % , Parcela Matinha - Alicante Bouschet 7.5 %, Parcela Alagoa - Tinto Cão 7.5 % and Parcela Casal Sancho - Alfrocheiro 7.5 %. Intense garnet color with slight brownish tones. Intense and complex aroma, with high quality tertiary notes. It also presents spicy and dried fruit notes.
