Esporão Quatro Castas Red

Herdade do Esporão Quatro Castas Red Wine is a regional wine from Alentejo resulting from the best batch of four red varieties, with optimal adaptation to the terroir of the Herdade do Esporão and which are evident at each harvest. Each grape variety is vinified separately to highlight the unique characteristics of each. Appearance clear, ruby color concentrated. Dense and vigorous, with fruit well present and wrapped in toast. Long and persistent ending. Fermentation with controlled temperatures (22ºC to 25ºC) in mills with foot steps, concrete tanks and stainless steel tanks. It aged for 6 months between concrete vats and French oak barrels, followed by another 6 months in bottle before going to market. Contains Sulfites.

Menin Vintage 2020
Opaque ruby colored wine with violet hints. In the nose it is very intense, with notes of black fruit, blackberries, black currant jam, ripe wild red fruit and a slight balsamic to transmit freshness. In the mouth, the aromatic sensations are repeated, with the flavors of dried fig, ripe red fruits and a slight blueberry flavor. Powerful and very polished tannins, but thanks to its acidity, it is fresh and very persistent. Due to its structure, complexity and acidity, it will evolve over the next 50 years.
Primavera Special Selection Red
Primavera Bairrada Special Selection Red has a clear appearance, with an intense ruby colour. It has an intense aroma of ripe red fruits, light leather, smoked and with mineral notes. The flavor is soft, fruity, with firm and fine tannins. Long, harmonious and elegant finish with floral hints of violet.
Soalheiro Mineral Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. In this way, a wine emerges at the same time aromatic and fresh, with a mineral end of mouth, and at the same time very greedy. Contains Sulfites.
Vale da Raposa Reserva 3x Red
Ruby color. Flavors of currants, violets, pine and dark chocolate. Smooth, very elegant and complex, featuring dark plums and a hint of very refined coffee. Great class and elegance.
Perfect to accompany roast meats, cold cuts and cheeses. Serve at 17 ºC and 20 minutes after opening. Contains sulfites.
CARM Natural SO2 Free Red
50% French Oak Barrels (500lt) for 3 months and the remainder in Stainless Steel (Battonage). Vinification without added sulfur under an inert atmosphere. Strict selection of bunches on the selection table. Perfect conduction of malolactic fermentation that occurs prior to alcoholic fermentation. Aggressive maceration, in order to extract the maximum amount of natural antioxidant compounds and other phenolic compounds at 22ºC. In the mouth it is fresh, full-bodied with a slight chocolate character and a rare finish. Primary aromas of black cherries and wild fruits typical of the variety. This wine accompanies meats, cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine in general. Decant before consuming. Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
