The wine was vinified in conical stem vats equipped with temperature control (25-28 ºC). Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. Beautiful color with a vibrant, elegant and fresh fruit aroma with notes of wild berries and currant. Grapes carefully selected and transported in 20kg boxes. Vinification with minimalist intervention, where a cold maceration of whole grapes was carried out for 48 hours, followed by a soft pressing, fermented at a controlled temperature of 10ºC to 15ºC. 922 units were bottled, aging for 5 months in the bottle before its launch. The wine aged for 1 year in used French and Hungarian oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. citrus color. Exuberance in a fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerges, combined with a smooth, well-integrated toast. Creamy palate with good depth supported by the fine and firm acidity that accompanies the tasting from start to finish. Contains sulfites.
