Coelheiros red reveals the vigorous character provided by Alicante Bouschet and the silky texture and density of the mouth provided by Touriga Nacional. In the nose, the aroma of red fruits predominates with slight hints of smoke and spices. On the palate it shows density and richness, it is balanced with good acidity and fine tannins. Night mechanical vintage. Total destemming followed by cold passage through a mass exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. After fermentation 50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. Intense color and captivating nose, with notes of spices, earth and tobacco, in a rich base of black cherry, cassis and blueberry jam. Rich, round, juicy, in the mouth it offers black cherry, red fruits and subtle notes of caramel and sweet oak. The enormous classic structure of the tannin and firm acidity persist until a spicy finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude White

The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards of the Quinta "at altitude" with a mixture of several traditional Douro varieties. Fermentation started in a press with foot treading and ended in used barrels, where it aged for 16 months with battonage on the lees. This tanning is dominated by the yellow tones in the mouth and reveals a sensation of fat, velvety and persistent tannins. It is quite complex, fresh, mineral and full of character. Contains sulfites.
