Santiago na Ânfora do Rocim Alvarinho White

Quinta de Santiago, built in 1899 in Monção, is still owned by its descendants. The Quinta has 9 hectares of which 6 planted with vines aged between 3 to 9 years, exclusively in clay soils. Clean, pale greenish yellow with medium intensity nose, lime, peach, roses, resin and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, drying tannin, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, lime, peach, earthy, wet stone and long finish. This wine was obtained in a peculiar way, 50% was naturally fermented and aged in Amphora in contact with the films. The remaining 50% naturally fermented in stainless steel and trained in amphorae in the Rocim Estate. Contains Sulfites.
Ponte Mouchão Red

Aged for 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels, and is marketed after aging for at least another 12 months in bottle. Coming from vineyards under 20 years old, the reds are made in open ponds with footsteps (like all reds in Mouchão) and with 100% stems. It presents an intense red - garnet color, concentrated aroma of black fruits and spices, with delicate floral touch, structured and rich palate with fruit, acidity and tannins in perfect balance. Made with grapes harvested from the old vines on the Ribeiro Santo property and on another plot, in São João de Lourosa, where the Dão runs, which calls the origin of this blend, made from the Encruzado variety. The must fermented under lees, then in 300L barrels and aged there, with battonage, for 6 months. After bottling, the wine was kept in the cellar for another 6 months. Clear and citrine color. Delicate aroma with notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs and a mineral profile. In the mouth tasting it shows complexity and freshness, with a refreshing minerality and citric acidity. Contain sulfites.
