A blend of Aragonez, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, with fermentation process in broad-mouth amphoras and about 600kg capacity, followed by stage in 150L narrow-mouth amphoras.
The clay maintained pure, due to the absence of coating in the amphoras used, allows natural evaporation and concentration of the wine, its porosity facilitates controlled contact with the oxygen during the 14 months of maturation.
Minimalist intervention and the use of ancestral techniques lead to a new identity, a meeting between tradition and the application of new knowledge about winemaking processes. Contains Sulfites.
