Old vineyards, a unique plot, the fermentation took place in traditional wineries and the aging took place in French oak barrels for 22 months. This wine has a deep color of violet tonality and good concentration in the nose. Rich perfume of fruits and ripe black floral notes, well combined with the vanilla flavor from the French oak. The grapes were harvested very early, before the painter, to ensure acidity and natural freshness. They were hand-picked into small boxes in order to preserve their quality. After a careful selection and sorting at the entrance to the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. Part of the batch was fermented and aged in 500 liter used barrels. Pale pink color. Fine and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and structured, with notes of raspberry and tropical fruit predominating, with a long finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were fermented in a used French oak vat (40% whole bunches) with only indigenous yeasts, followed by a post-fermentation maceration for 30 days. The wine aged for 16 months in a used French oak barrel, with 3000 liters, and in used French oak barrels with 225 liters. Ruby color, floral aroma, light bush, strawberry, raspberry, light white pepper, dry leaves, tobacco box and tar. Dry, medium acidity and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Arribas do Douro Reserva Red

The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. With exposure to the Northeast, we were able to obtain full-bodied red wines with an elegant profile. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Balance between the intense flavor of red fruits and the elegance that comes from aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Contains sulfites.
Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva Red

Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration.
