Château La Fleur-Pétrus 2011 Red
244,08 €
A medium ruby color is followed by a live nose of sweet kirsch, raspberries, flowers and notes of dusty and solitary soil. This fantastically scented 2011 is medium bodied, quintessentially elegant and loaded with flavor. Obviously the Moueixs devoted considerable time and money to updating this terroir, as recent wines were among the most impressive wines I have ever tasted from La Fleur-Petrus. This relatively advanced 2011 Pomerol should drink well for 10-15 years. Contains Sulfites.

Adega Mayor Baga Red

Adega Mayor Baga Red is a testament to winemaking dedication and art. The result of manual harvesting and a meticulous selection of bunches, the grapes are de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature in 5000 L French oak vats, where they also mature for 18 months. This care and attention to detail ensure the exceptional quality of this wine which, after bottling, rests until it reaches the ideal point to be enjoyed.
With a bright ruby color, this wine unfolds on the nose with fresh and complex aromas, highlighting dehydrated red fruit, hints of forest and touches of orange, all delicately wrapped in balsamic notes. In the mouth, it is light, revealing a solid structure, smooth and well-integrated tannins, and a balanced acidity that enhances the presence of the fruit, leading to a seductive, delicate and elegant finish.
Adega Mayor Baga Red is a sublime Alentejo interpretation of the Baga grape variety, capable of awakening all the senses. An insightful choice for those looking for a wine that combines tradition and uniqueness, ideal to accompany special moments with a touch of refinement and distinction.

Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas Magnum White

The Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability, are harvested manually in the older vineyards with more than 40 years of existence in Quinta de Soalheiro, the First Vineyards. Currently, we still have a selection of Alvarinho grapes planted in Pé-franco. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume is fermented in used oak barrels), with maintenance of the fine lees until the beginning of May, the month in which the bottling takes place. In this harvest we also integrate into the Alvarinho lot with a large oak kite stage. Citrine yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent. The flavor is full-bodied, fresh and with great gustatory complexity.

The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery where they were de-stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at 26–27°C. Once finished, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and was then transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of the Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish.
