Harvested in September 2021, the Bastardo grapes fermented in a press, with 30% whole bunches and macerated for 15 days. The wine then aged in barrels for a year, developing delicate aromas of red fruits, earthy notes and austere freshness.

Manual harvest and then transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. The wine remains during the aging in stainless steel vats with its fine lees, in order to guarantee some complexity and natural longevity of the wine. This delicious wine reveals an attractive floral and fruity exuberance, with fresh and citrus aromas, reminiscent of orange blossom, orange peel and rose. In the mouth, it shows strong minerality and the same exuberance that we find in the nose, in a lively, elegant and fresh style. It is the ideal partner for sushi, seafood and salads. 90% of the wine was aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its aromatic purity and 10% was aged in used French oak barrels, with batonnage once a week for 3 months. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out. It has a crystalline appearance and a beautiful light golden color. The intense aroma is fruity, pure, fresh and mineral. On the palate, the mouth entrance presents a wide wine that reveals balance, freshness and a long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional Red

Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional is a concentrated wine, ruby color with violet lavas. Expressive aroma with blackberries and cherries, field flowers and notes of spices. Medium body, mineral, with a good acidity to give freshness, fine tannins and final firm and spicy. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
Sidónio de Sousa Reserva Red

Crushing with destemming and cooling of the grapes in the winery in small open wineries (a tank in which the grapes are squeezed, reducing them to liquid). Where the skin maceration begins and later the fermentation, without addition of enzymes and yeasts. The step is done manually with wood masses to increase a greater extraction of the vinous characteristics of the Baga variety.
