Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed in small stainless steel vats, where they were macerated for 24 hours at low temperature, before starting alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with gentle mechanical treading for good color and aroma extraction. After fermentation, it was transferred to second year French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months, completing the malolactic fermentation here. Intense ruby color, notes of vanilla, cocoa and chocolate. In the mouth it is balanced and fresh, with present tannins and a long and soft finish. It is an elegant and harmonious wine, it is focused. Spice notes like white pepper, cinnamon, with more complex and more rustic aromas.

A limited edition of a wine that celebrates the great Arinto variety, as well as a great friendship. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aroma with great aromatic complexity. Citrus aromas, green apple and some notes of honey. Complex palate, with volume in the mouth, good acidity and lots of freshness. Contains sulfites.

It is born of the care and dedication of two winemakers who have combined their visions and experience of many harvests to produce unique wines, which are the purest expression of each region. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes with the strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel vats with maceration after fermentation. Stage for 18 months in French oak barrels, 30% new and 70% used. Ruby red color. The character of the vineyards of the Serra de São Mamede is very present in this wine, bringing freshness and minimality.
