Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration 27 days. Stage for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, young nose, fresh with a predominance of citrus fruits and some tropical notes. Very pronounced acidity with a dry, long and persistent finish .

Wine with garnet color almost opaque, with aromas to remember black fruits, spices and smoke, with some compote due to the great maturation reached. In the mouth is a dense, full wine, with great structure, tannins present but integrated and soft. Persistent and very pleasant long finish. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature followed by prolonged skin maceration of 20 days. Stage of 12 months in French oak barrels followed by 8 months in bottle. After skin contact and pressing, the clean wort was fermented in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the barrels for 4 months with batonage. It has a bright yellow citrus color, fruity citrus / tropical aroma (pineapple), great minerality and a slight note of toast. The minerality, the freshness and the elegance stand out in the mouth, shows volume and a remarkable persistence. Very soft, nice and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
Tapada de Coelheiros Magnum Red

The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery where they were de-stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at 26–27°C. Once finished, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and was then transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of the Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
