Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed in small stainless steel vats, where they were macerated for 24 hours at low temperature, before starting alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 15 days, with mechanical treading for good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new 225L French oak barrels, where it remained for 9 months until completing the malolactic fermentation here. Notes of berries, spices and floral notes typical of the variety. In the mouth it is enveloping with good acidity and a very elegant mineral background.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. The bunches are selected on a sorting table and then the grapes are crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the help of pumps. Here, they are left to macerate between 3 to 6 hours at low temperature. The resulting sangria spontaneously ferments at 12ºC in order to maintain its full aromatic potential.
Features a crystalline blush pink color. Intense nose with notes of ripe strawberries, with a touch of cream. Attack with round, smooth texture. Finishing with good freshness. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of pre-fermentation cold maceration in a mill for about 12h to 24h, after which the masses were transferred to wide and low fermentation vats, maceration for 8 days. at 22°C. Aging for 4 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in American and French oak barrels. Sensation of wild aromas in which red fruits predominate, complexed by a slight aging in wood. In the mouth, balanced and pleasant to drink. Contains sulfites.

It was prepared using the classic open spout method, followed by cold decantation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 4 weeks. Natural stage in contact with fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel vat until bottling. Bright citrus color. Very exuberant fruity aroma, with notes of pulpy fruit (peach and apricot), as well as a light herbaceous aroma of dry straw, almost reminiscent of tea. On the palate it shows well its well-marked acidity, without being exaggerated and a pleasant volume. Very tropical (passion fruit and pineapple) and citrus, with notes also of dry straw and very mineral. Very persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
