Quinta do Boição Arinto Camarate Brut Rose
Aged in the cellar for 1 year, in contact with the lees. Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static decanting and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C, to obtain the sparkling base wine. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method. Partridge eye color, aromas of red fruit jam, with hints of green apple and white flowers. Mild flavor of red fruits.
Morgado de Santa Catherina Reserva White
The Morgado de Santa Catherina, from the Bucelas Arinto of the old vineyards of Quinta da Romeira, has fermented and aged in oak barrels, which allows it to bottle stages up to 15 years. Quinta do Gradil Reverso Syrah + Touriga Nacional Red
Quinta do Gradil Maria do Carmo Red
Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 8 days in tapered vats at a temperature of 25ºC. The aging took place in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 12 months. 100% Alicante Bouschet, is a wine different from the established standards, which does not follow rules or conventions, imposing, but at the same time distinct. Contains sulfites.
Louriana XO
This brandy with Lourinhã controlled denomination of origin, is obtained from wines of low alcoholic content, rich in organic acids. Color topaz brownish and greenish lavas, intense aroma and fruity, with notes of vanilla, wood, coffee and nuts. In the mouth it is soft, sweet, slightly smoky and persistent. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Gradil Ganita Red
The grapes were vinified separately in 500L (Spin-Barrel) rotary barrels, with further aging for 12 months in 225L barrels of wood of different origins, and another 12 months of aging in the bottle where it continues to stand. On the palate one can feel deep aromas of bergamot, notes of mint (balsamic) and Chinese ink. The mouth reveals intense but very elegant tannins and well integrated into the wine's structure to provide an unforgettable and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF. It aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Light wine, with an intense garnet color, with complex nuances of ripe red fruits, wild fruit compotes, toasted notes and floral nuances. Fruity volume, well structured, exceptional and very vigorous. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta de Chocapalha Red
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, during 10 days, with the use of robot to step. The wine aged for 18 months in second and third use French oak barrels. Deep color of violet tonally, with good concentration in the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruit and spices combined with floral notes. In the mouth it looks elegant and fresh, with an excellent tannins-acidity combination, and a long, smooth and elegant finish.
