After partial destemming, the wine fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After this process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 24 months before being bottled. Casa Ferreirinha Touriga-Feminino is a red wine of great aromatic range, presenting notes of wild red fruits, notes of macerated black fruits, balsamic notes, spices and subtle notes of wood. It is an extraordinarily elegant red, full of volume and concentration, with imposing and vibrant tannins and elegant acidity. Contains sulfites.

Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. The Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability, are harvested manually in the older vineyards with more than 40 years of existence in Quinta de Soalheiro, the First Vineyards. Currently, we still have a selection of Alvarinho grapes planted in Pé-franco. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume is fermented in used oak barrels), with maintenance of the fine lees until the beginning of May, the month in which the bottling takes place. In this harvest we also integrate into the Alvarinho lot with a large oak kite stage. Citrine yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent. The flavor is full-bodied, fresh and with great gustatory complexity. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Gradil Maria do Carmo Red

Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 8 days in tapered vats at a temperature of 25ºC. The aging took place in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 12 months. 100% Alicante Bouschet, is a wine different from the established standards, which does not follow rules or conventions, imposing, but at the same time distinct. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested by hand into small boxes of 20 kg. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. After total destemming, the grapes go to a small stainless steel press with temperature control, where they macerate 24h cold before the fermentation begins. Fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, with soft pumping over. This wine aged only in stainless steel, to preserve all the natural aromas and flavors of the grapes that give rise to it. The result is an intense ruby colored wine, with notes of blackberries, currants and spices. In the mouth it is balanced and fruity and round. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes from old vines of the Planalto Mirandês, at more than 600 meters of altitude, with schist soils. Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with partial destemming and soft crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction. Aging for 12 months in old Portuguese oak barrels. Open ruby color, translucent. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoke. Very fresh and light in the mouth with very complicated acidity and tannins, long and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.
