Vinha do Professor Grande Reserva Red is a gem from the old vineyards of Trás-os-Montes, a region famous for its ancestral vines, witnesses of hard work and resilience against natural and human adversities. This wine is not just a tribute to the land; It is also a celebration of the wisdom and dedication of generations, like that of the professor who, for decades, took care of these vineyards, bequeathing us a viticultural heritage of inestimable value. This Grande Reserva defies expectations with an intriguing and long aftertaste, marked by intense notes of pepper. This unique character invites you to explore it in pairing with a variety of dishes, from cheeses and sausages to meat and cod, proving to be a versatile wine with great potential for evolution.
