This wine has a citrus color with light wire tones. Red fruit nuances and candied fruit, predominant in notes of spring flowers and citrus flowers. In the mouth it is fruity, crisp freshness, distinct volume of mouth and long persistence. Harvest the grapes in boxes of 20 kg, whole grape for the press, from where the grape is used. The clarification is natural and the alcoholic fermentation occurs at 15ºC. Minimum stage of 2 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest for small perforated boxes of 20 kg, soft pressing of the whole bunches without destemming, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes as much as possible, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC in order to obtain the maximum expression of the combination of caste, soil and climate. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was in contact with the fine lees, having been raised and stirred for about a month in stainless steel vats in order to gain creaminess and volume in the mouth. After bottling, the wine aged in bottle for 3 months before being placed on the market. It presents an intense aroma, of mineral character in balance with floral notes of roses and violets in harmony with aromas of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Acidity and freshness with fruit dominate the palate, very long and creamy with very fresh acidity. Contains sulfites.

Located near Pinhão on the right bank of the Douro and with a spectacular view of the river, Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic properties in the region, known not only for its historical connection to Baron de Forrester but also for its 40 hectares of high quality vineyards. The Vine of the Ujo was planted in 1930 in pre-phylloxeric horizontal levels and the land is supported by small schist walls. Its more than 25 breeds spread on small terraces exposed to the sunset. The vineyard has an altitude that varies between 180 and 210 meters. Deep red and deep red wine. Impressive aroma that takes us to an orchard of bergamots, fresh wild scents, as well as floral notes and minerals, demonstrating a superb complexity and depth. In the mouth it is unique, impressing by the finesse and the beautiful integration with the wood. Long and persistent. Manual harvesting, destemming and soft smashing of berries. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in new barrels of French wood of 500 liters. The grapes are chilled and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and vats with regular buffering up to one month before bottling. Aging 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very precisely in citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Contains Sulfites.
