Grapes produced in organic production in vineyards planted in the plateau of Beira Interior, in high altitude granite soils. Vineyards planted exclusively with native varieties, perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by the altitude. Hand-picked grapes, reception without destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation for a period of about 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Stage in stainless steel vats. The low productivity of granitic soils, especially in organic production, gave rise to this wine with an intense, fresh and very elegant aroma, with citrus notes in harmony with very discreet floral notes. In the mouth it is very fresh with volume provided by contact and lifting of the fine lees until bottling. Contains sulfites.

Controlled fermentation between 20ºC – 22ºC. Citrine color with greenish hints. Fruity aromas with a slight floral reminiscent of Cardo Serrano. Very tasty in the mouth with an elegant acidity. Contains sulfites.

Beyra Reserva Quartz White
Grapes harvested by hand, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 16-18ºC for a period of about 20 days with inoculation of selected yeasts. Stage in stainless steel vats. Very mineral and citrus, grapefruit, with slight smoky, vibrant acidity with structure to predict a good aging in bottle. Contains sulfites.
Biaia Biológico Vegan White
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. They are pressed in a pneumatic press and the resulting must, in a stainless steel vat, decant at 8ºC for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 30 days and at the end it was aged for 8 months with agitation of fine lees. A organic wine rich in fresh aromas of red fruit and vegetable notes of resin, pine and rockrose, with a rich and dense flavor with freshness and sweet tannins.
