This wine is produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Tinta Roriz grapes, the most classic blend of the Dão Region. Grapes harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery located on the farm, with a very short transport time. Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 22ºC. Extended aging in stainless steel. It is a fruit-centric red, pure and expressive, with notes of red fruits and delicate floral. Without excessive extractions or macerations, respecting the integrity of the grape, it proves to be a smooth, tasty, very refreshing wine, the perfect companion at the table. Contains sulfites.

This wine expresses the personality of the terroir od Dão wines being elaborated from the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. Demonstrates a red with bricky nuances. It has a delicate aroma with the expression of notes of very ripe red fruits, cassis and blackberry, married with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla. It reveals a well structured body with firm tannins, good mouth volume, high refinement and persistence. Contains Sulfites.

It comes from the three vineyards located Gouveia and Seia. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks, with soft extractions. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters. This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a lightly laden color, is little alcoholic, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past but has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and winemaking.
