Created from a selected small batch of hand-selected casks at the Pulteney Distillery, this elegant Vintage single malt captures and celebrates a moment in Old Pulteney’s history. Polished copper color, elegant and energetic aroma with an intense sweetness of melted caramel and refreshing and spicy tones. This is followed by creamy vanilla and oily lemon, refined by a fragrant and fresh note of the sea air. Firm and intense. Flavors of honey and crème brûlée are contrasted by crunchy notes of citrus, coconut and green apples. Complexity builds on the palate and culminates in a spicy, effervescent finish of caramel and freshly ground spices.

Yoichi Single Malt shows the characteristics of Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. Founder Masataka Taketsuru chose Yoichi in Hokkaido because of similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned how to make whiskey. It is described as strong and bold. Pleasant notes of mortar and smoke originating from the traditional charcoal distillation, as well as a salty suggestion that the sea breeze provides during the aging process.

To create The Jim Beam Devil's Cut, a new and extraordinary experience in the world of bourbon, Jim Beam has developed a process that removes the remaining whiskey from the wooden barrels after they have been emptied. This extract of the barrel is treated until it develops the balance of the bourbon notes, and then mixed with 6-year-old bourbon and bottled to 90 proof. The result: a premium, robust bourbon with color depth, aroma and character.

Singleton Malte Whiskey has a dominant characteristic of its fruity and smooth flavor, perfectly balanced with notes of yellow sugar and toasted nuts. With a balanced spirit, Singleton was matured in Sherry and Bourbon oak casks, creating a rich range of smooth whiskeys with layers and layers of flavor, because in Dufftown the taste is everything. The names of these whiskeys are inspired by the colorful world of sport fishing, which is very traditional on the Spey River in Scotland.
