The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon comes from its unique blend of rye, corn and barley malt, along with yeast and Kentucky pure filtered limestone. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a daring, spicy character with a finish that is distinctly clean and smooth.

Knockando 15 Anos
The pale gold color of the Knockando is entirely natural. It is derived only from the hoofs in which it has matured - barrels held together without nails or glue. No coloring is added - it is for this reason that the color depth in successive traffic jams may vary. Only natural ingredients are used - barley malt, yeast and crystalline water from the source of Cardnach, which lies in the hills above the distillery. The amount of peat used in the malting of the barley is carefully controlled so as not to unbalance the taste of the final product, and the proportion of sherry hulls used is restricted so as not to become too intense in the flavor of the whiskey.
