Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut
36,89 €
Discover Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut, an innovation from Alexandre Gabriel that resulted from years of experimentation to perfect the union of two Caribbean culture icons: cane spirit and coconut. The coconuts are harvested on the island of Barbados, cut and air-dried. They are then infused into white rums distilled in column and pot stills. This infusion is subsequently blended with a rum aged for 3 to 4 years, also produced in Barbados at the West Indies Rum Distillery.
100% natural, Cut & Dry delivers intense notes of coconut pulp and milk, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger. Intense and delicious, this new rum is perfect for making a Piña Colada or a Daiquiri, or simply mixed with pineapple juice.
On the nose, it is intense, starting with coconut pulp and notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and impressions of sesame oil. On the palate, it is round, following the nose with more pronounced rum, delivering coconut milk, vanilla, banana, and green ginger, with soft touches of molasses and some fresh herbal notes. The overall finish is very long on coconut, pepper, and vanilla.
Plantation Barbados Vintage 2013

Discover Plantation Barbados Vintage 2013, a pinnacle of the Plantation Rum Vintage Collection, meticulously selected by Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel. With over 30 years of experience, Alexandre traverses the globe, seeking the finest barrels from the most prestigious distilleries in the Caribbean, Latin America, and Oceania, dedicated to the history, heritage, and specific production methods of each rum-producing country.
Originating from the West Indies Distillery in Barbados, this exceptional rum is made from molasses, with a fermentation process lasting 2-3 days and distilled using a blend of column and Gregg pot stills. Aged in the tropics for 8 years in 200L bourbon casks, and further aged for one more year in 400L Ferrand casks in Europe, it gains unparalleled complexity.
On the nose, it offers a fruity and spicy profile with notes of coconut, orange blossom, peach, and banana, enhanced by vanilla, roasted almond, cinnamon, and pepper. The palate is rich and spicy, mirroring the nose with a pastry profile of honey, hazelnut, and gingerbread, alongside notes of tobacco, chocolate, and caraway. The finish is long and fruity, with lemon, pear, liquorice, pepper, and toffee.

Bayou Select
32,34 €
Described as 'the rum for bourbon lovers', Bayou Select is a distilled copper pot from Louisiana's sugarcane, aged in the Solera method for up to three years. The result is a creamy rum with a bourbon-esque character, accompanied by cinnamon and maple notes. The Solera method involves a pyramid of stacked barrels. The oldest liquid is in the bottom layer of the barrels, the youngest at the top. When a lot is harvested, it is filled only by a part of the bottom layer, and these barrels are covered with rum from the layer that is on them. This second layer is, in turn, complemented with the contents of the third layer and so on. This process is a way to naturally mix spirits for consistent taste and quality.
