A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens in Pickwick Papers, the reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was “pineapple rum”. Victoria pineapple peels are infused into the Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused into the Plantation Original Dark rum. The infusion of spirits and fruit is finally combined, creating a rich and delicious bouquet of pineapple, accentuated by notes of smoke and cloves.

The coconuts are harvested on the island of Barbados, cut and air-dried. They are then infused into white rums distilled in column and pot stills. The overall finish is very long on coconut, pepper, and vanilla.
