The use in the distillation of the Rangpur adds to the Tanqueray a strong flavor of lemon, with touches of ginger and laurel leaves that are added during the final process of distillation
Sipsmith London Dry
First, distillate and copper alembic, later the sloe berry berries (kind of wild plums) are left in a water bath in the gin to create their quite peculiar flavor and color. On the nose shows floral summer notes, followed by the presence of juniper with a spicy touch. Excellent presence of citrus freshness. In the Palate the dry juniper dominates, then reveals lemon tart and orange jelly, with all flavors harmonizing perfectly. The finish is light, with spicy juniper and a hint of sour lemon to stand out. To make the perfect tonic gin just add a bark of lime.
