Sketch is born from the ancestral sparkling method. The grapes come from the Douro region from an old vine on sandy soil of a granitic nature. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts, which ends up in the bottle, aging on lees until today. Contains sulfites.

São Domingos Baga Bruto White
Elegant aroma, dominated by floral and mineral notes involved in a light toast. The very fine bubble and the delicate mousse give this sparkling wine a lot of creaminess, revealing a delicate and distinct finish.
