This very small production 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from fruit sourced from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend is from the lauded Montagne de Reims. This unique assemblage delivers both minerality, suppleness, roundness and lightness from the Montagne de Reims terroir, providing even greater potential for aging. Lightly buttered, baked pastry notes are followed by aromas of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spices and a fresh mineral finish.
Armand de Brignac Demi Sec White
It is an exceptional champagne made with the selective first part of the pressing of the grapes – a signature of all the final compositions of Armand de Brignac. With a dose in the lower spectrum of the medium dry category, it has an intense fruity flavor, a complexity resulting from additional aging on lees and a balanced sweetness that makes it perfect to accompany a wide range of dishes. Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs White
Clear and bright. Opalescent with green tinges and a persistent mousse. Generous in the nose, but also delicate aromas fill the nose: lilac blossom and young white fruits such as peach and grapefruit. Orange, vanilla and cream confit tips bring subtle richness to the bouquet. Palate, the attack is cool, racy and alluring.
