Soalheiro 9% Magnum White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness. Contains Sulfites.

Sierra Milenario Fumado
Crispy fruits, subtle smoke and a touch of pepper, fundamental for its delicious flavor. After cooking the agaves, it is placed in a stainless steel container, on top of a brazier that burns mesquite and Mexican logs. The pot is pierced, infusing the agaves, to experience a variety of crisp fruit flavors combined with smooth, subtle smoke.

An aromatic and expressive Rosé, with slight nuances of strawberry, complexed with floral and red fruit notes. In the mouth, it is full of fruity flavors, but at the same time complex and with good volume, finished the tasting with a lively acidity that gives it a balanced and full Rosé of character. Contains sulfites.
Blandy’s Sercial 1968
Blandy's Sercial 1968 aged 49 years in used American Oak casks, and like all family vintages, it matured in the Blandy's Wine Lodge warehouses, where it was successively transferred from the hottest warehouse, known as “Sotão” of the Almond. The grapes were vinified in an oil press, in the open spout system, and fermented until they had about 7%. Fermentation was stopped with the addition of neutral alcohol of wine origin. Contains sulfites.
São Domingos Grande Reserva Red
Concentrated in color and with an intense nose, it reveals elegant notes of red fruits and toasted nuances, reminiscent of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is seductive and full-bodied, with the fruit present surprisingly fresh and the silky tannins revealing all the complexity of aging in barrels, providing a genuine and charismatic final set. Contains sulfites.

Campolargo Entre II Santos Rose
Pressing of whole grapes, followed by decantation and fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Aging on fine lees. Salmon color, very soft aroma on the nose. Very light palate, with the presence of fruit in the distance, everything calling for smoked salmon all around. Excellent finish, acidity that gives it life and shows that it will have good longevity .
Campolargo Entre II Santos White
After decanting, fermentation in vats with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Stage on thin lees. Citrus yellow color, mineral, vegetable aroma with fruity touch. Fresh palate, of extreme elegance, with touch of tropical fruits. Acidity well marked in a fresh and complete finish. Contains Sulfites.
Vinha de Santa Maria Reserva Red
Manual harvest. Total destemming. 24h maceration at low temperature before starting alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Smooth reassembly for extracting color and aromas. Transfer to used 225L French oak barrels for 12 months. Ruby color of medium concentration. Aroma of black fruit and some spices, such as black pepper. A fresh and elegant wine, with an expressive structure and finish and good persistence. Balance between the influence of the barrel and acidity. It combines perfectly with roasted meat, dishes with dried fruits, mushrooms and soft cheeses.
