Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva White (Cópia) (Cópia) (Cópia)

6,69
Discover the Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva White, a distinguished wine from the Lower Corgo in the Douro region. This white wine is meticulously crafted, starting with manual grape selection, followed by total destemming and cold skin maceration for 8 hours, before gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The wine matures for 9 months in the same barrels, 35% of them new, with "battonage" every 15 days "en sur lie", enhancing its complexity. It boasts an intense citrine color with greenish reflections and an aroma that blends notes of ripe peach and orange with a mineral touch of wet stone and soft smoky notes. On the palate, the Grande Reserva White is full-bodied and notable in volume, yet remains elegant and harmonious. It finishes with a crisp freshness that ensures persistence and longevity. Ideal for pairing with fatty fish, all variants of cod, grilled white meats, and soft sheep's cheeses, this wine should be served at 12ºC.

Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut

Discover Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut, an innovation from Alexandre Gabriel that resulted from years of experimentation to perfect the union of two Caribbean culture icons: cane spirit and coconut. The coconuts are harvested on the island of Barbados, cut and air-dried. They are then infused into white rums distilled in column and pot stills. This infusion is subsequently blended with a rum aged for 3 to 4 years, also produced in Barbados at the West Indies Rum Distillery. 100% natural, Cut & Dry delivers intense notes of coconut pulp and milk, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger. Intense and delicious, this new rum is perfect for making a Piña Colada or a Daiquiri, or simply mixed with pineapple juice. On the nose, it is intense, starting with coconut pulp and notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and impressions of sesame oil. On the palate, it is round, following the nose with more pronounced rum, delivering coconut milk, vanilla, banana, and green ginger, with soft touches of molasses and some fresh herbal notes. The overall finish is very long on coconut, pepper, and vanilla.

Discover Plantation Venezuela Vintage 2010, an exceptional Venezuelan rum. Distilled in 2010 and initially aged for eight years in bourbon barrels at Destilería Sofa, this rum was later transported to Javrezac, France. This double aging process enhances the complexity and expressiveness of this rum. It captures the rich essence of the Venezuelan terroir and the craftsmanship of Destilería Sofa, blending traditional techniques with the innovation of Plantation Rum. On the nose, it offers a delicate and rich bouquet, featuring nutmeg, honey, vanilla, and mandarin, complemented by coconut, Brazil nuts, coffee, and light floral touches. On the palate, the rum reveals a spicy and woody profile, with nuances of peanuts, tobacco, almond, oak, and pepper, enriched with crème brûlée, pineapple, and dried banana. The finish is long and dry, marked by flavors of hazelnut, leather, mango, orange, banana, and clove, providing a memorable tasting experience that reflects the true Venezuelan spirit.

With over 30 years of experience, Alexandre traverses the globe, seeking the finest barrels from the most prestigious distilleries in the Caribbean, Latin America, and Oceania, dedicated to the history, heritage, and specific production methods of each rum-producing country.
