Quinta da Manoella Vinha Alecrim Tinto is an oenological treasure, born from centuries-old vines planted by Jorge Serôdio Borges's great-great-grandfather. This precious vineyard is embraced by pre-phylloxeraic walls, surrounded by lush rosemary and the rich biodiversity of a Mediterranean forest, elements that give the wine a unique expression and character.

Quinta de Arcossó Grande Reserva Red is a prestigious wine, cultivated with care in Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Coming from a privileged plot of 10.5 hectares, within a 12-hectare vineyard planted in 2003, this Grande Reserva grows on a southern slope, 400 meters above sea level, benefiting from a 20% slope and granite soil, elements that give the grapes exceptional quality. The grapes were trodden by foot in 1000-liter vats and fermented in old chestnut wood barrels, over 100 years old, for 15 days, under careful manual pumping. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine was divided, with half returning to the barrels and the other half maturing in new French oak barrels for 12 months, without resorting to mechanical processes, preserving the integrity and essence of the wine. With a color as deep as the mountains from which it comes, Quinta de Arcossó Grande Reserva Red displays an intense and complex aroma, marked by red fruits and black olives, enriched by a striking minerality, a reflection of the region's hydro-mineral wealth. The palate, robust and structured like the granite that shelters the vineyards, reveals a surprising softness, freshness and notes of mint and spices. Quinta de Arcossó Reserva Red is a notable example, the result of the distinct terroir of Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Originating from an exclusive plot of 10.5 hectares, part of a 12-hectare vineyard planted in 2003, this wine reflects the excellence of viticulture in the region. Located on a slope to the south, at an altitude of 375 meters and with a slope of 20%, the granite soil gives the wine unique characteristics. Traditional winemaking in a press, with foot treading, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels, both new and used, culminates in a period of maturation in the cellar for 6 months after bottling. This careful elaboration results in a wine of intense color and aroma, where floral and ripe fruit notes stand out, in perfect harmony with the elegance of the wood. On the palate, Quinta de Arcossó Reserva Red reveals a robust structure, mature flavors and exceptional freshness, accompanied by vigorous tannins that promise a long, full-flavored finish. This wine comes from the exclusive Quinta dos Pasmados region, in Azeitão. In 1998, the landmark decision was made to replace the Chardonnay grape variety with Viosinho, with the origin of Arinto and Esgana also being changed from clay-limestone soils to sandy soils. In 2005, with the aim of improving the complexity of the wine, the Viognier variety, cultivated in our vineyards for over 40 years, was added. Around 1999, winemaker Domingos Soares Franco came across several bottles of Pasmados White from 1963 in the cellars. Displaying a yellowish tone that testified to its natural aging, the aroma revealed evolution, remaining fine, velvety and subtly fruity. On the palate, it stands out for its pleasantness and surprisingly well structured, presenting exceptional quality and notable acidity. Inspired by this discovery, Domingos Soares Franco then decided to test the production of a Pasmados with aging potential, using the 1963 as a reference. The best vintages are stored in the cellar, small quantities of bottles being sold again years later under the almost forgotten name of Garrafeira. Also rescuing Garrafeira's classification, Pasmados Garrafeira was born. Contains sulfites.
