Casa Velha Moscatel Galego White
Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.
Dom Martinho White
The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance. Ideal for elaborate fish dishes due to its creaminess and freshness. Contains sulfites.

This harvest has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, a rich aroma of yellow fruits characteristic of the Chardonnay variety, such as peach and pineapple, combined with roasted and vanilla nuances from contact with French wood. In the mouth, we find strong flavors of yellow fruits well combined with wood, a frank acidity, which gives it a mineral character and a full and persistent finish. Filipa Pato Nossa Missão Red
Missão, is a small centennial vineyard of 0.57 hectares with pre-phylloxeric vines of over 100 years. Production is limited to only 500 bottles and 30 magnums. It is located on a gentle slope with east orientation, the soil is of limestone origin from the Lower Jurassic era, with reddish clay. The cultivation and harvesting are totally manual and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vineyard itself. A part of the grapes are destemmed, and the percentage of whole grapes depends on the conditions of each harvest. Fermentation takes place slowly for about 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, the flow is smooth and long. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine drains by gravity and the masses are pressed. The whole fills only a traditional 500 liter kite where it stays for 18 months in our basement. The "Missão" is a remarkable wine for its pure expression of Berry. While young, the aromas resemble violet and strawberry. After 7-9 years, the aromas become more complex with a lot of energy and concentration. The tannins, although very alive, are soft, lively acidity, long finish, irreverent and elegant. It is a wine with long aging potential. Contains Sulfites.

It is a wine with a beautiful golden color given by the maturation and richness of the grapes Encruzado and Bical. Quinta da Pellada Casa Red
Quinta da Pellada Casa has aged in French barrels of eight years for about 28 months. This wine is another of the lessons of the winery in the terroir of this issue: this portion of Pellada is the "most exposed" of the three and has a more compact soil with some clay besides granite, the intense presence of pink / white quartz and the one that has more hours of sunshine per day. Quinta da Pellada Alto Red
The Quinta da Pellada Alto was aged for 28 months in French oak use room. This is one of a trio of wines, this issue that owner Álvaro Castro has issued with old style labels as an exercise in terroir.
