Quinta de Arcossó Arinto White
Mr. Amílcar chose to ferment this white wine, an Arinto from Quinta de Arcossó, directly in the Vidago region, 450 meters above sea level in Trás-os-Montes (Ribeira de Oura). He adopted a unique approach: 80% of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with 'bâtonnage', while the remaining 20% was fermented in French oak barrels. After this process, this delicious Arinto was aged in bottles for 30 months.

Quinta de Arcossó Reserva Red
Quinta de Arcossó Reserva Red is a notable example, the result of the distinct terroir of Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Originating from an exclusive plot of 10.5 hectares, part of a 12-hectare vineyard planted in 2003, this wine reflects the excellence of viticulture in the region. Located on a slope to the south, at an altitude of 375 meters and with a slope of 20%, the granite soil gives the wine unique characteristics. Traditional winemaking in a press, with foot treading, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels, both new and used, culminates in a period of maturation in the cellar for 6 months after bottling.
This careful elaboration results in a wine of intense color and aroma, where floral and ripe fruit notes stand out, in perfect harmony with the elegance of the wood. On the palate, Quinta de Arcossó Reserva Red reveals a robust structure, mature flavors and exceptional freshness, accompanied by vigorous tannins that promise a long, full-flavored finish. This wine is not just a drink, it is an enriching experience, ideal for the most special moments, reflecting the passion and tradition of Portuguese viticulture.

Pasmados Garrafeira White
This wine comes from the exclusive Quinta dos Pasmados region, in Azeitão. In 1998, the landmark decision was made to replace the Chardonnay grape variety with Viosinho, with the origin of Arinto and Esgana also being changed from clay-limestone soils to sandy soils. In 2005, with the aim of improving the complexity of the wine, the Viognier variety, cultivated in our vineyards for over 40 years, was added. Around 1999, winemaker Domingos Soares Franco came across several bottles of Pasmados White from 1963 in the cellars. Displaying a yellowish tone that testified to its natural aging, the aroma revealed evolution, remaining fine, velvety and subtly fruity. On the palate, it stands out for its pleasantness and surprisingly well structured, presenting exceptional quality and notable acidity. Inspired by this discovery, Domingos Soares Franco then decided to test the production of a Pasmados with aging potential, using the 1963 as a reference. The best vintages are stored in the cellar, small quantities of bottles being sold again years later under the almost forgotten name of Garrafeira. Also rescuing Garrafeira's classification, Pasmados Garrafeira was born. Contains sulfites.
Valle Pradinhos Grande Reserva White
Intense straw color with very slight greenish reflections. Lively, intense aroma, already revealing some depth. The ripe citrus fruits, light tropical freshness, yellow and white flowers and a nuance to a petroleum aroma stand out. Beautiful set supported by soft notes from aging in barrels. Mineral. In the mouth it is dry and at the same time silky. Very balanced acidity that lasts until the end. Dense and at the same time elegant texture. Citrus and floral explosion. Persistent and very long finish supported by barrel sensations. Very coherent. Contains sulfites.
Monte da Ravasqueira Reserva da Família Red
With a deep dark and opaque color, this choice within the plots of each grape variety reflects well the balance and complements between the two varieties, Touriga Nacional and Syrah. The taste presents ripe black fruit with vegetal, floral and spicy notes. Aging in both barrel and bottle provided a fine structure profile with polished but present tannins, providing a tension in the mouth that makes it perfect for complex dishes. Contains sulfites.

D. Áurea Red is a passionate tribute to the grandmother Áurea of the founder of Textura Wines. This exceptional wine, produced exclusively with Bastardo grapes from the Dão Serra da Estrela sub-region, is a vivid expression of the elegance, finesse and richness of flavors that characterized D. Áurea's vibrant personality.
Harvested in September 2021, the Bastardo grapes fermented in a press, with 30% whole bunches and macerated for 15 days. The wine then aged in barrels for a year, developing delicate aromas of red fruits, earthy notes and austere freshness.
In the mouth, it reveals a charming fusion of fruity character, freshness and elegance, with dry and precise tannins that provide a captivating texture. With its complexity and bottle aging potential, D. Áurea is a refined choice to celebrate special moments and honor the memory of a remarkable woman.

Vineyards installed on red soils derived from brown or crystalline limestone, with patches of schist, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high temperature ranges and hot, dry summers. After the necessary early interventions during the growing season, the grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was partially aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in bottles for 2 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally deposit. Clear wine, violet red, aromas of cherry, blackberry, spices and floral notes. Structured, balanced and voluminous, with a full body and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly sent to the cellar, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, clarified by the cold, fermented slowly for approximately 2 weeks in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature. With a lemon yellow color and a bright appearance, this is an aromatically discreet wine, of medium intensity, which privileges the notes of green apple, lime and a vegetal character balanced by a pungent minerality. In the mouth it is “full” and vibrant. The finish is persistent and pleasantly confirms the mineral character of the nose. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest with careful selection of bunches, followed by fermentation in new 500 liters French oak barrels. After 6 months of aging with "battonage" on fine lees, the result is a fresh, structured and unctuous white wine.
Greenish-yellow in color, clear and bright, it reveals fresh aromas of citrus peel wrapped in green and spicy notes, on a complex background of field herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, with refined acidity, highlighting touches of orange, white plum and subtle dried fruit, such as macadamia. An intriguing and endless Alentejo white.

These are varieties cultivated in the Douro for many generations, such as Touriga-Fêmea, Tinta Francisca, Bastardo or Marufo, supported in the blend by Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and old vine.
