Quinta de Lemos Rose
This wine is obtained after direct pressing of Touriga Nacional red grapes. All alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13ºC. A pale, fine and appealing rose water hue. Delicate aroma of floral notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. Mouth voluminous and attractive, easy with a long, persistent and addictive finish. Contains sulfites.
Kompassus Reserva White
Harvest made at different times due to different stages of maturation. Bical harvested in the last week September and harvested Arinto 2nd week October. Fermentation and stage in used barrels of 400 liters during 8 months. Made with Arinto and Bical, to be very thin and elegant in aroma. With mineral notes touches of fresh herb and spices. Young, very classy, wide mouth, very fresh, high quality citrus fruit, discreet smoked, long and distinguished finish. Contains Sulfites.
Kompassus Colheita White
Quinta das Herédias White
Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and post cooling and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days. About 15% of the wine ferment and age for 6 months in a 500L French oak barrel. The barrel aging allowed this wine to stand out from all its most mineral characteristics. Floral in aroma, but in harmony with the barrel, this wine is very complete, with a remarkable volume and structure from the first taste. The citrus notes and the minerality, give freshness to the wine, keeping the aftertaste vibrant and long. Contains sulfites.
Gorro Alvarinho White
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing and pressing. Aging for 2 days in the cold at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months. Citrus yellow color with greenish tinges. Fascinating aroma of floral expression with slight nuances of citrus fruits. In the mouth, elegance seduces, where Atlantic freshness stands out in a captivating finish. Contains sulfites.
Gorro Loureiro White
GIZ Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes from different plots and varieties pressed together, with whole bunch. Resulting must fermented in used French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels, followed by regular batonnage until the date of bottling. Tartaric and protein stabilization achieved naturally during a prolonged 9-month aging in a barrel. 1800 bottles were produced. Citric and floral aromas, reminiscent of orange blossom and lime. Suggestions of vanilla, spice and beeswax add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, the result of the perfect maturation of the grape during the harvest and the long aging in barrel. Contains sulfites.
Fidalgo de Silgueiros White
Monte da Ravasqueira Encantado Red
Vinification of Syrah and Touriga Franca in open presses with automatic treading and high extraction work. Alicante Bouschet vinification in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures (26ºC). The aim is to extract the structure of Syrah, the sharp tannins of Touriga Franca and the freshness, exuberance of fruit and elegance of Alicante Bouschet. The batch spent 8 months in new French oak barrels. Encantado shows all the vitality of Touriga Franca that serves as a great base for this wine. The angular and present tannins, the ripe fruit in balance with the aromas of the forest it presents, make it a table companion. The barrel present, but without helping the one-dimensionality of the set, makes this wine a wine with layers that rise throughout the tasting. Contains sulfites.
Duorum Colheita White
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are kept at low temperature for 48 hours. After destemming the grapes, they are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation. About 30% of the batch is fermented in French oak barrels. The remainder ferment in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC. It presents a golden yellow color. Intense aroma dominated by exotic fruits like grapefruit, and white fruits like peach. It has an easily perceived acidity, involved in the volume and body of the wine. A wine with a unique personality and a high final persistence. Contains sulfites.
DSF Private Collection Verdelho White
Must fermented in stainless steel at 16ºC. It has a yellow citrus color, subtle aromas of honeysuckle, very characteristic of this variety. In the mouth, in tune with the aroma of the nose, honeysuckle and lantana. Present and persistent freshness. Fresh finish, consistent with the nose aroma, lantana flavor and white pepper. Contains sulfites.
