Pequenos Rebentos Selvagem White

Made from a “Vinha de Forcado” planted in 1932, located in Amarante, a viticulture system that grows through the trees and reaches almost 7 meters in height. The harvest is done with ladders. After manual harvesting, with the help of ladders, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed, bag by bag, to a small mill, trodden on foot and then fermented in an amphora with indigenous yeasts. This was followed by light pressing and aging with the total lees in used barrels. Amphora Internship: 30 days with the films Barrel Stage: 9 months used barrel aging Bottling: July 2021 (not filtered or stabilized). Yellowish wine, with an intense aroma, with a touch of straw and critin. Vibrant wine in the mouth, with excellent acidity, the fruit on the nose goes very well in the mouth. Provezaide 17 Plus Red

Made from a vineyard planted in 1989, between Ponte de Lima and Braga, the vines of the Loureiro variety with the lowest production were selected. Wine resulting from spontaneous fermentation, in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet and consequent maturation of about 7 months, using battonage. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral. This laurel has a well-closed aroma, with light florals, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Resulting must fermented in used French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels, followed by regular batonnage until the date of bottling. Tartaric and protein stabilization achieved naturally during a prolonged 9-month aging in a barrel. 1800 bottles were produced. Citric and floral aromas, reminiscent of orange blossom and lime. Suggestions of vanilla, spice and beeswax add aromatic complexity. Duorum Colheita White

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are kept at low temperature for 48 hours. After destemming the grapes, they are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation. About 30% of the batch is fermented in French oak barrels. The remainder ferment in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC. It presents a golden yellow color. Intense aroma dominated by exotic fruits like grapefruit, and white fruits like peach. It has an easily perceived acidity, involved in the volume and body of the wine. Very exuberant fruity aroma, with notes of pulpy fruit (peach and apricot), as well as a light herbaceous aroma of dry straw, almost reminiscent of tea.
