Historically created for catering (for "the cut", but also to accompany a meal), this cuvée is produced in "small mousse". That is to say, its foam is particularly fine so as not to disturb either the palate or the taste buds. It is an excellent spirited Champagne, perfect for an aperitif, which will bloom throughout the meal and surprise your guests. With 4 terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée remarkably well expresses “the Pierre Gimonnet style”. Contains sulfites.
