It brings together the flavor and the tradition of the Alliance, in the elaboration of old spirits of exception. Stage of 8 years in Portuguese, French and American oak barrels. Golden color, intense aroma valued by the softness of the notes of wood where it staged. The palate is aromatic and velvety, with a long and enveloping finish. Ideal for drinking as a digestive. The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance. Ideal for elaborate fish dishes due to its creaminess and freshness. Contains sulfites.
