Adega Mayor Maestro Rabigato White Magnum
After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly sent to the cellar, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, clarified by the cold, fermented slowly for approximately 2 weeks in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature. With a lemon yellow color and a bright appearance, this is an aromatically discreet wine, of medium intensity, which privileges the notes of green apple, lime and a vegetal character balanced by a pungent minerality. In the mouth it is “full” and vibrant. The finish is persistent and pleasantly confirms the mineral character of the nose. Contains sulfites.
Adega Mayor Maestro Chardonnay White Magnum
A golden yellow wine, true to the variety, it presents fine and complex aromas, with suggestions of minerality, ripe orange, cream and a light touch of smoke, harmoniously balanced.
In the mouth, it reveals a fatty and structured texture, accompanied by soft notes of sweet tropical and a discreet acidity in the background, giving it freshness and highlighting its excellent gastronomic versatility. Amálias 100 Red 2020 Magnum
Amálias 100, a 2020 red wine in celebration of Amália Rodrigues' centenary, stands out for its complexity and elegance.
Created by seven Portuguese producers, it brings together emblematic grape varieties from different regions. With 18 months of aging in barrels, the merger of the batches results in 1920 Magnum bottles.
In addition to honoring Amália, this wine contributes to the Foundation bearing her name, benefiting institutions such as Casa do Artista and the restoration of Amália's house, thus preserving her legacy. Adega Mayor Reserva do Comendador Altitude White
Manual harvest with careful selection of bunches, followed by fermentation in new 500 liters French oak barrels. After 6 months of aging with "battonage" on fine lees, the result is a fresh, structured and unctuous white wine.
Greenish-yellow in color, clear and bright, it reveals fresh aromas of citrus peel wrapped in green and spicy notes, on a complex background of field herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, with refined acidity, highlighting touches of orange, white plum and subtle dried fruit, such as macadamia. An intriguing and endless Alentejo white.
Adega Mayor Touriga Nacional Red
After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the destemmed grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vat. It was aged for another 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release. Wine of intense color and red tone. Typical aromatic profile, with floral delicacy that goes beyond violet and blends with sweet hints of forest fruits. Light spice from the aging barrel. In the mouth, we have dimension and structure in harmony with polished and educated tannins, which remind us of a harmonious and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Adega Mayor Arinto White
After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly sent to the cellar, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. Adega Mayor Antão Vaz White
Coming from selected vineyard plots, the grapes were harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. Upon arrival at the cellar, the bunches were manually selected, immediately destemmed and crushed into stainless steel vats. After 48 hours of cold maceration and skin extraction, the grapes were gently pressed and the natural static decanting process was carried out, which leads to alcoholic fermentation. After the normal period of fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 15ºC, the wine underwent a period of aging in deposit, stabilized and finally bottled. With a limpid aspect and pale straw-coloured tones, it is a wine with intense and inviting aromas. The freshness of the nose suggests exotic fruit, where notes of ripe pineapple and passion flower stand out. In the mouth it enters light and discreet, evolving into a complex mixture of fresh fruits. A set full of harmony where tension, structure and mouth volume are in harmony. The well-integrated acidity confirms the pleasant sensation of balance and leads us to a long and persistent finish. A fresh and lively Antão Vaz. Contains sulfites.
Pai Chão Grande Reserva Red

Destemming without crushing, fermentation in stainless steel deposit at 25ºC and rack and return daily. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where wine remained for 18 months. Stage 12 months in bottle before going to market. Intense aroma with notes of black cherry and wild blackberry. Full-bodied palate, ripe tannins, long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
