Smokey Monkey is a marriage of Scotland's finest malt whiskeys and brings notes of peat and barley sugar for a sweet, smoky flavor. This blended malt whiskey was created specifically for use in bars. Bayou Select
Described as 'the rum for bourbon lovers', Bayou Select is a distilled copper pot from Louisiana's sugarcane, aged in the Solera method for up to three years. The result is a creamy rum with a bourbon-esque character, accompanied by cinnamon and maple notes. The Solera method involves a pyramid of stacked barrels. The oldest liquid is in the bottom layer of the barrels, the youngest at the top. When a lot is harvested, it is filled only by a part of the bottom layer, and these barrels are covered with rum from the layer that is on them. This second layer is, in turn, complemented with the contents of the third layer and so on. This process is a way to naturally mix spirits for consistent taste and quality.

Caves São João Aguardente Vínica Velha
Lot of spirits obtained from the distillation of excellent Bairrada wines, with an average aging time of 17 years, in French Limousin oak barrels. These were slowly unfolded during their long aging, which greatly contributed to their fineness and delicacy. Topaz color, rich and intense aroma, with ethereal notes, toasted oak, vanilla, hazelnut, dried fig and light roasting. It has a very velvety and soft attack, developing later a hot, alcoholic sensation and, at the end of the process, the aromas of wood and vanilla are confirmed by the retronasal route. Sylvius
Sylvius Gin comes from the former Dutch distillery Onder de Boompjes de Schiedam. This gin is a tribute to Dr. Franciscus Sylvius who was the name of the giver of Genievre around 1650. At the same time, Onder de Boompjes began to shoot gin. This gin also uses the herbs and spices that were available at the time, namely: star anise, licorice, cinnamon, cumin and lavender. Sylvius Gin is traditionally used in small copper kettles by the star burner Justus Walop. The whole production process is still done in an old fashioned way.
