In the mouth, it presents a powerful and complex wine, with excellent volume of mouth, elegant and harmonious. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, cold skin maceration and partial alcoholic fermentation in the presence of skins. Alcoholic fermentation at 22°C and interruption at 7°/8° Baumé, by adding wine spirit. Stage for 36 months in French oak barrels. Complex aroma, predominantly raisins and dried figs, with notes of candied orange peel. Sweet and unctuous flavor, where the fruity flavor supported by the freshness of its acidity, gives this wine a pleasant finish with a hint of dried fruits. Contains sulfites.

Pressing with stalks, fermentation at 13ºC, aging for 10 years in French oak barrels. Amber color, intense and exuberant aroma where toasts and nuts predominate. It elegantly combines the natural acidity of Arinto with unctuousness and minerality, presenting itself complex and with a pleasant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
