Intense ruby color. Aroma with notes of ripe wild berries, jams and spices. Nuances of cocoa and mocha. It evenly shows the well-integrated toast of the barrels and the mineral of the clay amphorae. The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes. After destemming the grapes, they were trampled on foot in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel presses, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. Fermentation steps on foot in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Compact ruby color, fine but powerful tannins. After 24 hours of cold maceration, to enrich in aromas, the fermentation took place for 10 days at 24ºc, with “delestage” to facilitate the extraction of color and tannins that contribute to the body and mouth volume. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Deep red color, aroma marked by ripe fruits such as black plum, black pepper, spices and cocoa. Confirms the black fruits and cocoa well matched with the elegance of French oak. Full-bodied wine with the presence of soft tannins that gives it volume in the mouth and good acidity makes it very balanced. Very pleasant, full-bodied, elegant and very persistent finish. Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

The Quest Rosé comes from vineyards in the region of Portalegre. The combination of two grape varieties, Aragonês and Moscatel Roxo in the old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, gives it a unique aroma and characteristics, resulting in a dry, fresh and gastronomic wine. Pale red color. The freshness transpires from the first moment, noticeable in the floral and elegant slope that is complemented by a luscious and balanced fruit. Natus Red
Collected by hand, they were trodden on foot for 2 days. At the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed and the must kept in clay pots. Aging for 12 months, it was made in centenary barrels of Portuguese oak and chestnut. Complex aroma, red fruit flavor in harmony with vegetable and balsamic notes, translates into a lively and precise acidity in the mouth, with a delicate and elegant texture. Contains sulfites.
