Santo António with Fruit
This liquor is produced in a handmade way, with fresh sour cherries from our ginjais in the Óbidos region. Its prolonged macerations, and with complete exemption of dyes and preservatives, give the Real Ginja d'Óbidos a fresh, deep and velvety aroma with soft notes of spices. This noble liquor is reproduced from the seventeenth-century recipe of the famous "Liqueur de Grottes", elaborated in Óbidos in 1677 by Mrs. Maria Francisca de Saboya, Queen of Portugal, currently marketed with the permission of the Royal Portuguese House.

Bushmills 30 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks for 14 years before being finished for 16 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks. Gold color, dark and rich. Rich, inviting aromas of sweet raisins, figs, plums and dates intertwined with molasses caramel, soft cloves and sweet spices enchanted the senses. Exquisite, velvety and smooth mouthfeel. Sweet notes of dates, raisins and figs followed by praline and orange peel before evolving into vanilla and warm pastry notes. A truly delicious experience for the palate. Long and complex finish that recalls the incredible number of years this whiskey spent gaining its individual character. Bushmills 25 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon casks for four to six years before being finished for 21 years in first fill ruby port tubes . Red gold color, rich and complex aroma. Intense aromas of ripe dark fruit mixed with honey and soft toasted wood offer the first glimpse of this well-rounded whiskey's age. Sweet almond tones followed by caramelized cherries, plums and blackberries delight the taste buds before evolving into rich dark chocolate mixed with sweet spices and finishing with honey and plums – simply luxurious. The Teeling Whiskey Company is proud to introduce this special release of some of the oldest Irish Single Malt in the world. Matured initially in Bourbon casks before being given an additional maturation in ex-Sauternes wine barrels, imparting a distinctly unique flavour. Limited to 4,000 bottles per batch and bottled at 46% with no chill filtration completing a whiskey of true character. What makes Teeling Blackpitts so unique is the triple distillation process, which reduces some of the medicinal character you would get from a traditional Scottish Peated Single Malt and allows the more barbeque smoke characteristic to shine. This is then combined with signature Teeling innovative cask maturation using both ex-bourbon and ex-Sauternes white wine casks. Which is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration to produce a truly different and unique expression of Teeling and Irish Whiskey . The inspiration for the use of these casks came from a previous bottling of Teeling 24-Year-Old Single Malt which was honoured as the “World’s Best Single Malt” in 2019 at the World Whiskies Awards.

Teeling Sommelier Selection Douro Old Vines
Teeling Sommelier Selection includes variants of Small Batch Irish Whiskey in which high quality wine barrels are used for secondary aging instead of rum. After barrels of French and Italian wines, the 5th release will see for the first time maturation in barrels of red wine from the Portuguese Douro Valley, whose wine was pressed from the harvest of vines over 25 years old. These casks enrich the light, fruity-floral whiskey with hints of dark fruit and spice. Aromas of ripe plums and currants accompanied by dates and spicy notes. Intense palate, but well balanced with black pepper and tannins alongside sour cherry and rich dark fruit flavors. Medium and fruity-spicy finish with dry tannins and warm spices.

Drumsanbo Sardinian Citrus
Eight botanicals (juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, sweet meadow, cardamom and anise) are slowly distilled in a copper pot. Then, four botanicals are fused in steam (gunpowder tea, Chinese lemon, oriental grapefruit and kaffir lime). Overall, it is a very balanced and surprising gin.
