Domaine Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru White
Vinification and aging for 12 months: 30% in barrels (new) and 70% in stainless steel tanks with thermal regulation. then assembly, reproduction continues in fine lees for 6 months (approximately) - The wine is then bottled after a very light filtration, stored in our conditioned cellar prior to commercialization. Good mineral. Citrus finish and very persistent. Very clear with green reflections. Aromas of great fineness evolving with citric notes, white fruits and flowers. Perfect to accompany grilled fish or with sauce, seafood, oysters. Contains Sulfites.

Crafted with polished style, offers classic Bordeaux aromatics of plums, figs, graphite, black currant and a touch of oak. Cabernet adds structure and firmness to otherwise silky tannins, finishes moderately long and leafy fresh. Pair with a rosemary and thyme braised lamb shoulder or short rib burgers topped in Gruyere. Château Les Justices Sauternes White
Sauternes, 40 miles south of Bordeaux city, is a village famous for its high-quality sweet wines. The Sauternes of Chateau Les Justices have always been highly appreciated by the best French restaurant for the high quality regularly maintained over time, Sauternes is a very long-lived. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Preignac, ideal environment for the development of noble rot (Botrytis Cincerrea), the vines have an average age of 25 years. The soil is stony (Graves) mixed with sand characterized by a clay part; subsoil consists of a layer clay-limestone which rests on the rock. The harvest is manual. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and lasts about three weeks. Followed by aging in vat at first, then in new oak barrels for 12/18 months.

Aloxe-Corton Domaine Latour Red
Aloxe-Corton has been the home of the Latour family and the heart of the Domaine Louis Latour for centuries. The village of Aloxe-Corton is located in the north of the Côte de Beaune, on a slope of Corton hill. Traditional fermentation in open vats, aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels. This Aloxe-Corton "Domaine Latour" offers an intense and deep ruby color. Notes of cherry and licorice are subtly revealed. Wide in the mouth, nice tannins can be smelled, ending with smoky notes and licorice tips. Contains Sulfites.
