Whitley Neill London Dry
Bombay Original
Using eight exotic botanicals, our classic London dry gin offers a more traditional taste with strong juniper flavours and a powerful dry finish. Unlike many other gins, we use eight botanicals to create our London Dry taste. Each one is hand-picked to preserve its individual qualities to add to this wonderfully classic blend. To craft our gin we vapour infuse our botanicals, never ever boil them. By distilling our ingredients this way, we’re able to draw out every last drop of their distinctive flavours.Bombay Dry is still based on the same time-honoured recipe from 1761. Our unique vapour infusion process, used to distil all Bombay gins, delicately extracts the best from each botanical. From the heat of our Moroccan cubeb berries to the spice of our West African Grains of Paradise, every one of our eight precious botanicals are chosen to bring their own special something to our gin.

Oxley London Dry
Oxley Dry is one of the few gins that are cold distilled. Typically, gins are distilled at a temperature of around 80°C. Oxley has introduced a new technique: distillation at -5°C and under vacuum. In this way, the flavor of the spices remains completely intact. Production takes place on a small scale, to monitor the quality of each bottle of gin. Oxley Dry is a gin for gin aficionados, with one taste different from another. It's worth a try, especially as there are only 240 bottles produced per day, so this gin is hard to come by.

A slightly different botanical selection creates a palate full of fresh citrus, candied peels and a dash of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.
